Decorating our new apartment in Switzerland is rather slow because everything (especially furniture) here is so expensive..:D Nevertheless, I love how everything is coming together. I aim to make it a fun jungalow home! :)

Because We Are Homies

Spending the very last day of 2015 at home, cooking chicken for tonight's dinner with my family. While cooking, I looked at my house and thought, wow, I am so blessed to be able to own this beautiful home. Allah is so kind. So I took pictures of it because it's been a while. The layout keeps changing adjusting to our son's ever growing needs heheh. He loves running around the house, he even rides his bicycle inside the house too. So I moved the big furnitures to open up the space even more.

One of our favorite piece at home would definitely be this suuuuper comfy wing chair from Arbor & Troy. It's pretty big of an investment, but definitely worth it. It's huge, it's soft, it gives that homey feeling whenever we sit on it..:)

Spent some time tidying up our living room and bathroom so I took some snapppsssss..:)

Next month marks our 2nd year living in this house and we feel like we need to do something new heheh. Perhaps do some landscaping in our front yard, and create a proper play area for Shahmeer on the 2nd floor. InshaaAllah! :)

My New Corner

Finally had the time to relayout our working space on the 2nd floor and this is my new corner yayyyy...I needed this space to just create and have quality me-time..:)

Tidy Up!

Breathing a bit, taking time to not think of work, stay at home, and...tidy up? Tidying up is probably the most therapeutic thing for me hehehe, and so I did.

For bedding, we always always always go with plain white sheets. It feels very clean and comfortable you feel like lying down the whole time hahah. This one's from Goodnight, our favorite, because the fabric is thick enough yet extremely soft to the skin..:)
