Thank God It's Friday! And Saturday to The Next Thursday Too.

I didn't realize that my earlier "Because I Couldn't Sleep, I Decided To Write" post would receive such positive responses. Thank you so much, readers! I am glad if what I share can inspire or motivate you even in the slightest amount.

Please never think that being "lucky" plays a significant role in life. I don't believe so. It's hard work, determination, passion and being kind to others that make a good life and bring us more goodness in return. Many people often compensate on one's success by saying "...because he was lucky enough to get xxx whereas I didn't". Everyone is put in different difficult situations by Allah and it's a matter of how much we fight and have the will to turn things around. I am forever grateful to have my dad being able to fully financially support my education. But soon as I started working, I was independent. I paid my own bills. And I managed to save a portion of my salary each and every month for 2,5 years until I finally decided that my savings was enough to start my own business. So I took that risk of either succeed, or fail and be totally broke that I'll have to go back work in the office again. But the trick is to have the mindset of not failing. My dear friend Tanjung whom I met at the IYCE competition is a really really really inspiring person. She is proof of how success can be accomplished by fighting and working hard...:)

Hello, me again. :p u know, it's really annoyed me when people give comment such as "you're rich, lucky you, bla, bla, bla" to you. i mean come on!

why have to be so negative? everyone have equal chance. It is up to you and how you view life.

i feel that people who give such comment don't feel thankful to God and dont have faith in themselves.

Be positive and be kind people. :)

However, I should say that I am very lucky to have found this blog. It is not just a source of fashion inspiration for me but it also motivates me to work hard and strive towards my dream.

FYI, I also want to be an awesome entrepreneur like you in the future! Keep writing and keep being a blessing for many people ya kak. :))

Got it. I love your word kak di. That's what I feel now. I'm an unlucky girl. I'm not rich but I can eat enough. I thanks God for it. I always thanks God for everything that happen in my life. Though it isn't like other girl's life. But that's enough cause I'm not a beggar. But kak, I have studied hard but my score is lower than my friend's score that never study and just sleep at the school. How come?u,u I feel so mad of myself cause of that.

oops, i was one of those who wrote about being "lucky" on your previous post! :D hope you realize though, that i didn't mean it in a bad way..

after reading this post, i realized my mistake. you're absolutely right about the different situations God put us in, and that in every situation there are equal chances and equal problems that we have to go through. i didn't see it that way until i read this post, and i just had to write here again otherwise i won't be able to sleep peacefully! thanks for inspiring me twice this week, cheers & tetap semangat! :)

i just read your post and post you link...nice
-Anti-
