It's always good to control our emotions whenever we feel like exploding. No matter how difficult it is to contain it, never lose it and never do or say things without thinking about the consequences. When you're upset, when someone drives you crazy, be angry but just by yourself. And maybe share with a friend. Or God. There's no need to lay out everything in public including the social media.
