Bye For Now, Dubai!

After a few days in Dubai, I had to say goodbye because 1) I have been away from my kids for nine days already and 2) I miss them. I came to Dubai with no clue how life in Dubai is like and I am leaving feeling happy to know that hey, Dubai is awesome alright! Definitely gonna come visit again inshaaAllah. Both my heart and luggage are full! :D

Did You Say Outdoor?

Let's be honest. I did not read the event details carefully so I had NO idea that the Pret-A-Cover™ Buyers Lane by IFDC is happening outdoor under the Dubai sun..:D So yeah, it was hot hot hot alright haha. I feel like I melted coming from winter in Switzerland. But anyway, alhamdulillah met potential buyers here and also got interviewed by Gulf News. It was overall a great day! :)

It's finally out and I can't believe this is happeningggg. So honored to be featured in SRF, a Swiss-German television channel where I talk about the Instagram culture on their show, “Kulturplatz". This is probably one of my favorite interviews ever because of how interesting the topic was and how "deep" we talked about social media and what comes along with it. Watch the show online here! :) 

Second Day in Dubai

Beach vibes so strong today in Dubai heheh. Went to both La Mer and Jumeirah Beach Hotel just to take beachy pics hehe. Dubai is HAWT alright!

Do (Not Say) Bye (To) Dubai

I can't believe I woke up in beautiful Dubai aaakkkkkkk! Flew from KL to Dubai because Schmiley Mo will be joining the Pret-A-Cover™ Buyers Lane by IFDC here. Life has been so kind to Schmiley Mo and doors just keep opening up for us alhamdulillah. First things first though, a visit to Dubai Mall, the world's biggest mall hehe. I also went to the Al Bastakiya art center afterwards. Everything looks so pretty! :)

PS: I finally met Ayang Cempaka in Dubai. Soooooo happy! :)

Featured: Les Toiles

I had such a fun time doing an interview for Les Toiles and taking pictures in the city with Jagoda Wiśniewska. I love her and her style of photography. We only took 10 minutes to finish the shoot where she simply followed me around walking so everything was pretty much candid. Also, it was crazy windy that day so if you notice, my cheeks are chubbier than usual because they were blown by the wind LOL. #kidding #butpartlytrue

Schmiley Mo Kids is Official!!

After mooooonths of planning, today is theeeeee most exciting day for me (and my team) because we finally launched our new line, Schmiley Mo Kids! I am soooo happy OMG.

For the launch event, we invited the press and influencers for a fun get-together at Fashion Valet Pavilion where we also did a mini fashion show with the kids hahah. It was such a fun and intimate event that was planned to happen for just a short time but got stretched because we just kept chatting and laughing in the end. Thank you sooooo much to everyone who came, I truly appreciate it! And of course, my biggest thanks goes to my awesome team who made all of this happen; Jezmine, Leah, Mia, Zube, and Kay! :)

Hello Again, KL!

It's been so long since I traveled on my own and here I was making my way to KL yayyyyyyy! I was pretty nervous but excited for my event in KL (which is the launch event of Schmiley Mo Kids wohoo!), but I was also worried for my kids in Switzerland, but hey, sometimes we just gotta do what we gotta do. After a total of 14-hours flight, I arrived in my second hometown where I immediately had my forever favorite roti canai haha.
