About Kindness Once Again

A lot of people have been asking me over and over again how is it that I manage to just be myself and not worry about what other people think about me, be it about my looks, my posture, my thoughts, or even my presence. As weird and irrelevant it may sound, the answer is "by being kind". When you have kind thoughts inside your head and heart, you are peaceful with yourself and your surrounding. If you know that you don't mean harm to others, you generate calmness and this calmness is what makes you comfortable, inside and outside.

Always believe in kindness. Kindness leads you to many good things in life, including the ability to love yourself and others.
