ahaha...let's see *ehem-clear throat*

my fave pair would have to be the..*drum roll*..bow peep toe pumps!! it's cute but not too cute and still own some edginess. I can go casual, formal, uber chic, anything..top part has endless possibilities.. :) BUT anything worn down there, HAS TO BE cuffed!! or super tight, or only reach your ankle, be it jeans, legging, whatever..the shoes deserve some spotlight. yeah. :)

done. I'm good to go. teeheehee.

My favorite among the shoes must be the Scallop Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heel!
Cuz even tho the style might be simple, it has little details that made it special.

The black color maybe simple, but the lining framed your feet beautifully with its different material.

The peep toe and the shape of the opening give a playful side, not to mention the flirty heel, but the color and strap made it a nice one for working too.

Compared to others, I think this one is my favorite :)

MY GOSH! that shoes are really cute! the bird and the 'queen' make my mouth scream!i don't know why but the 'queen' or the girl make that shoes looks like Marc Jacob's icon. also, the colour (esp. the blue one) make it very yummy :3

hello kak diana, firstly i'm really sorry if i'm not comment your posted in English. i'm not really perfect in English, so let me write in Indonesian ♥

aku sukaaa banget sama Slouch Above the Knee Flat Boots, warnanya yang netral bisa dipake ke semua warna baju, they're cool. duck boots juga bagus tapi aku kurang suka warnanya yang terlalu bright. so i'll choose Slouch Above the Knee Flat Boots.
aku bakal make Slouch Above the Knee Flat Boots dipaduin sama assymetrical loose tops + black stocking dan engga lupa put some accesories, fedora hat and vintage postman bag.
aku bakal pake kemana aja selamaaa itu bukan acara formal. mungkin kalo acara formal aku bakal mix sepatu itu sama atasan yang lebih rapi supaya ada kesan formalnya.

lovee~

Peep Toe Suede Booties

Because it's simple yet so pretty.

I'd first put it on, strut around at home, bring it to bed, to the washroom, kitchen.
Then, when I finally bring them out (the thought of it!), I would wear them with something very simple as well, like just a plain basic shirt, pants and a couple of necklaces. I don't want to take the attention off my shoes. :)

i think the Ruffle Side Booties is the good one.
simple model makes it has a strong character, also it will make u feel elegant.

When it comes to shoes, I always believe that versatility and comfort comes first. Especially when it comes to heels, the thicker the more comfortable it is. I believe this pair of boots will take me from day to night. Imagine this paired up with a chic white shirt and black fitting work pants, to night after work I can just change to a little black dress and I’m ready to go.

What’s more the lovely, lovely shade of teal is very easy to match with most articles in my wardrobe. Leather products are so awesome when they are soft and give the very delicious lustre. Can’t you already tell this is my favourite pair? ;)You know what to do Diana! *crosses fingers*

i love the peep toe suede booties!
the design is soo unique, u will never find the same cutting and the heel like that anywhere else~except for the knock-off of course ):
moreover it goes with any style--boyish, punk rocker chic, or even pretty princess. just put on any kind of clothes u want, n u ready to go! really a must-have investment piece (:

I really love the "Ruffle Side Booties" because it is simple, yet chic. I can wear it together with my latex and tee, or maybe a white dress and denim jacket would be perfect. The shoes won't be a spotlight but it will makes me look simply perfect. Maybe i'll wear it to a party or just wear it when i hanging out with my friends.

i love how the heel looks like,it shows edginess and different! and i always love suede shoes! the booties is so vintage and classy! it reminds me of Queen Elizabeth, i dont know why maybe because the front side of the shoes reminds me of royal curtain hehehe it is so beautifully classic!

I love peep toe suede booties... It's simple yet sexy.. I can wear it with anything form skinny jeans to mini dress. I can wear it naked! LOL

my fave would be Mid Shaft Ankle Tie Logo Boots.

I like boots with not-so-high heels (compare with High Heel Bow Boots with Hidden Platform) and also it's so cool with its Marc Jacobs logo! just great! beside, this boot can be match with my daily style. from chic to boyish or even androgyny!

This may seem a little weird, but I really love the duck boots. I guess for me they're not only really cute, but they're extremely functional for the type of weather we get in the winters of Chicago.

Since I loathe the word "Uggs" these are such a great alternative and would be cute with a skirt and knee high socks even if it was sunny and 70 degrees.

Love them!

Bookworm Bitch said...

Ooh what a fabby competition! LOVE IT!!!! ok, this is a realy tricky. but i think i would choose the Bow Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heel. They are so beautiful and i love the simple but effective bow. I would wear them with some colourful tights and a large puffball waist skirt (love them) and on top: i would wear a kind of nude coloured short sleeved shirt, with slight ruffles down the front. I would add edge to the look with a BIG bow hairband and soem bangles :) I think you could probably wear this anywhere, but i would probably most likely wear it to a shopping day out with my friends! All done he he :)

My favorite pair is the last pair. I just like, from what I can see, the texture of the black leather with the shape of the boots. The harness is an excellent biker touch. This pair would be so easy to wear since the heels are too high. And its relatively simple with a certain edge.

Peep Toe Suede Booties, oh so lovely,
In a sea of shoes, you are all I see.
How I have longed for you all this time.
One day soon, I will make you mine.

Your black velvet contours are so sleek and sexy,
The patent leather trim contrasts so perfectly.
Your sculpted architectural heel will take me to new heights,
Your metal tap brings me so much delight!

I would take you everywhere with me,
And pair you with leggings, pants, and minis.
Or a slouchy knit sweater in a pretty blue,
Or maybe a tight dress in the same hue?

Whatever I pair you with, one thing is for certain,
You’re the star of the show when I draw the curtains.
The only thing that separates us is 600 dollars,
But my love for you will never falter!

I will save and scrounge what ever I can,
I will not rest until you are in my hands.
So Diana of Chocolate Chip and Mint, I hope you see,
I need your help to win these, DESPERATELY!

My favorite is Miss Marc Ballet Flats and here are the reasons:

1. I love high heels, I really do. But I can't wear high heels anymore because of some health reason.
2. The color is sooo me! I love colorful stuffs and that eye-catching shoes make me fall in love at the 1st sight. lols :)
3. I can do my nails in the same pattern to match the shoes. Don't you think that'll be cute? Matching nails and shoes pattern :D

Anyway, thanks for the chance and have a nice day, Diana :)

i love the Duck Boots ♥
the eclectic colours caught my eyes first, and i always love being different than the rest of the pack! ;)
also love the fact that they're flat, cause walking on the slush/frozen snow here in Finland can be quite tricky with heels.
i'd wear those with my fuchsia wool coat, paired with grey leopard print leggings + gold glittery wool socks for extra warmth. that's just one example of how i'd wear them, though i can already think of millions of other ways! :)

I was super tempted by the boots, but when I was the "Bow Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heel," I was smitten! Girly and gorgeous, but that leather bow and gunmetal stud make them a little dangerous too! I would stomp all over Los Angeles in these shoes!

Slouch Above the Knee Flat Boots full stop ^^

Gee, i look at the shoes as if it is my own legs.. it's really fit on the leg i guess, and its fabric is so smooth and comfy.. seeing only on the picture i feel comfy myself like i'm not wearing any (burden) shoes at all.. hehe..

For me Slouch Above the Knee Flat Boot really represent my own style, simple but true.. ^^.. i will match the shoes with a black-above-the knee dress, like Asriel Dress and a tribe bag like JADEtribe and a scarf like Tie Dye Fringe Scarf or Madewell
Wooly Printed Open Weave and with Felix Rey
Mesh Spiral Headband as a hair accessorize .. Gosh! i feel like playing myself a barbie games..hehe..

say amen.. ^^

thx Die, thx Marc Jabos.. :D

OK
If I gotta pick just one, it has to be the Miss Marc ballet flats.
Because Miss Marc is a very stylish character and it got MJ all over the shoes with all the colors and quirky details.
Moreover since I missed the last Miss Marc collections which I still regret until this very second.

PS. Plus ballet flats is so in for S/S 2010 :)

ahhhhh- which lovely to choose????

i think, after agonizing between Bow Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heel (they look simply *perfect*)and the Large Side Tie Booties, i would pick the latter.

first of all- what a lovely color! i am a sucker for pretty shades of blues- my jeans and collection of blue shirts and sweaters attest to that- and the STRIPES are unbelievable
also, i reallyreally like boots. i don't usually wear heels, since i'm rather tall to begin with and I feel weird if i'm reallly tall, but i could most definitely make an exception for these!
plus, these could easily and wonderfully be worn with jeans or a skirt/dress with some tights- and for the windy winter here in Boston, they would keep my feet from freezing!

well, i'm just going to go and mentally sort through my clothes to figure out some awesome outfits i could have- i have hats and gloves and coats and scarves and dresses and skirts- and now all i need are the boots! ;)
but yes. now I am done. finally.

There are shoes, and there are " shoes".

THE shoes of my choice would be Faux Fur Boots.

What would I wear these with? Just about anything! jeans, skirts, hot pants, leggings, dress. Endless! The shoes are the outfit themselves.

Where would I wear these? I can't think of one place where these shoes wont turn heads.

To naysayers, they probably look outlandish, uncomfortable, not versatile, wrong combination of fur and ribbony lace and so on.

But what can I say, except that I can browse for another hundred pairs of marc jacobs shoes and yet will somehow always drift back to them.

So even if ppl think I wont have the perfect occasion for these shoes( or the perfect legs), but the shoes themselves are simply perfection.

The road was crowded, busy of roaring horns, shouting impatient white collars, crying babies and toddlers with their exhausted looking moms, it was the peak traffic hour of the day and everyone was nearly on their own rage limit.

Suddenly, there came along a lady, with a clocking sound of her Peep Toe Suede Booties on the pavement, she walked with her head high. Her long brunette mane touched lightly on awed onlookers, it smelled like fresh peach, perfectly fell into her black denim military jacket. A loose white tshirt peeked from time to time as she strolled the street, tucked unwillingly to a gray acid washed skinny. She reached her studded black leather bag for her ringing cellphone, and said, "Hello?" she tried to listen to a sound.. ..and just realized that the whole world went into deep silence in her presence.

Enduring the cold, wet, snowy winters of Iowa is not fun in the least bit, but I believe I'd be more than able to tolerate them with the addition of the Marc by Marc Jacobs Duck Boots.

On a college campus, it's easy to get lost in the mix of UGG boots and rain boots that many students trek to class in. I'd be able to stand out from the crowd in these amazing red boots, while still being cozy and comfortable.

These shoes speak to me. I hear them calling my name: "Mooooorrrgaaaan. You need us. We'll make you want to get out of bed in the morning and keep you warm on your bitter cold walks to class."

See. The shoes are talking. That's when you know you need them.

PICK ME. Shoes talk to me :)

I'm getting sooo excited to choose a pair of shoes by Marc! Everything's great! But I end up loving the Slouch Above The Knee Flat Boots!

Why did I choose it?
Because I'm wearing scarf (hijab) and it's kinda hard to mix&match dresses. Wear leggings and I'll be too sexy. Wear jeans.. um... dress + jeans??
So an above-the-knee boots would be perfect for dresses!

So I did make 2 collages of what to be wear with the boots, all dress and accessories were picked from shopbop.com.
Please visit my collages here :)

My shoe of choice is definitely "Ruffle Slouch To The Knee Boots"

Can I say it just looks awesome, and the heel gives me that needed height! :D

Why?
- I live in Norway, and it is now the winter season and for one, that boots is not only a want, it is also a necessity. It does get pretty cold out here. :(

- Since it is always really icy on the roads here in Norway, I fall a whole lot. And it is always rather embarrassing, but I had this opinion that if I had a delicious looking show, I can fall and still strut my stuff! :) I could be like "I purposely fall so you could gawk at my shoes, babeh!"

Where would I wear it to?
-Am I allowed to say anywhere and everywhere? Marc Jacobs always makes classic elegance. I could match them for a date, or even just as a everyday shoe!

Darn, writing into this competition just made me want that shoe all the more now! :P

Which pair of Marc Jacobs shoes I like the most? Definitely Marc by Marc Jacobs' Front Tie Platform Booties on Cutout Wedge! The shape is very flattering and the front-bow detail is totally unique. I'm also currently craving for wedges for comfy-chic style. I think they would look totally good on me.

I just drew it in my mind what I would wear with these fab boots. Something chic for my next invitation to fashion week (okay, it's daydreaming. but who cares? =P) would be like (references on shopbob.com) Geren Ford's Ruffle Neck Top in Royal, Vince's Suave Pants, also Tibi's Sequin Blazer. With a fierce clutch, it's done =D
Chic and comfy yet so effortless! <3

definately Slouch Ankle Ruffle Suede Booties..
you know why? it's simple but unique.. you can wear them with casual clothes.. the gathered elastic banding and a scalloped edge at the top make it so unique. I might wear them with legging and with boyfriend shirt or stocking with skirt, top and long cardigan or jacket. it would be nice.. be chic and simple :)

to be honest, i don't have my favourite one. are you kidding me? I LOVE ALL OF THEM! they're all like my own babies, each comes with their own magical characters. and I really can't decide which one is my favourite... haha!

I think the boots are fantastic... and since I'm planning to go to Korea this December, any pair of MJ's boots, combined with a piece of leather jacket, shirt, and jeans, will be a perfect perfection for my feet... :p

the ankle boots and heels... I just got to say that they are fabulous! nothing can beat the look of a dress added with tights, blazer and a pair of babies from MJ... aawwww... irresistable!

and for the flats... one word: yummy! I bet they will look absoloutly delicious when paired with tee and jeans, or vintage dress plus thights, or oversized shirt and shorts, or loose tops and leggings, or whatever... ;)

oh, it will be a dream comes true for me to win this competition... *cross fingers*

xoxo.

My selection of the best shoes that Marc Jacobs ever designed on shopbop.com is the Scallop Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heel.

(sorry this might take a long paragraph :D)

Yes, it might not be the boldest one, nor represents the trend this year, next year, this season, last season or whatever. But classic is classic. It's like a little black dress. Might not be the boldest piece in your closet, but you can never go wrong with it. Slap some denim coat and you're ready to go out to the malls, or some sequins bolero and you are ready to attend someone's birthday, or just wear it like that and wear a nice big waist belt, you have the pass key to everywhere (and of course, the right shoes are so freaking a must).

And so is a little black pumps. Its somehow classy and simple, and not to mention classic, but the details make this shoes to be 'not just another little black pumps', without losing all the essence of the classic-ness, simplicity, and the classy feeling. Pair it with anything, pair it with a dress, pair it with jeans, pair it with shorts, pair it with babydoll, so far, I couldn't think of any outfit that would go wrong with this shoes.

Really brilliant.

Squee! Great giveaway!

I'm torn between the red Flat Boots - because I can see me wearing them every day, even in summer with sundresses! - and the gorgeous Croc Cap Toe Boots - because they're just so goshdarned interesting, but still cute. They'd be my dressy evening boots :)

the "heavy bow peep toe pumps" are almost as fun to say as they are pretty to wear! they're exactly what i love about marc jacobs -- a playful sense of humor added to something classic and just a little familiar.

i'd wear the bow peeps to my conservative office job with a simple shift and tights so that the shoes would be the star along with some chunky statement necklace, big old man watch and my usual 'manic monday' smile.

during long office meetings i'd look down and the bow peeps would cheer me up and i'd sing lykke li's "dance dance dance" in my head, and being at work wouldn't seem so bad. oh, the power of cute shoes ^^;

not gonna wait to commment ! haha..

id want the bow peep toe pumps on flute very much ! the design is a great mix of edgy and sweet . the bows make it sweet . but high platforms and the grey-blue-ish color make it grunge and edgier !!

i'd wear this with shredded tights and large grandpa knit sweater to punch up the grunge theme ala Taylor Momsen.. I'd also ad some leather gloves to punch up the look ! with some rayban aviators and a bright red umbrella (to combat any rain), id definitely rock the look in New York City !!

Actually I'll choose the Slouch Above the Knee Flat Boots,,first time I saw it, it was like whoaaa...this is a pair of shoes that I really need...
first, it's because my calf are rather big so the high and all-black boots will make it looks slimmer. Second, I wear veil so this kind of shoes will help me to find a very unusual way to look edgy but still covered. I plan to wear this in casual way with black tights+ mini bandage skirt+colorful slouchy tee+long asymmetrical outerwear...or for more special occasion it can be with black tights+cute mini dress+cropped military jacket...or maybe just with a long sleeves simple dress and a lot of necklaces..oh i cant stop imagine the combination...^^

Oh man. I am in LOVE with the Slouch Above the Knee Flat Boots. The winters where I live rule out cute heels, and I need to stock up on sensible but still freaking amazing shoes.
Also, I'm dreaming of walking past my (recent) ex-boyfriend in these boots and a short (neon and swishy) skirt, looking sassy and strong and hot, and making him feel like a fool for leaving me :) Those look like the kind of shoes I could be super confident in.

Miss Marc Ballet Flats
I love this flats..
Hey, flats still trend we can use it everywhere or whenever you like. Not only in casual occasion but in formal occasion too, with the right dress that can make our outfit looks formal..

You don't have to think hard to find a right dress for your flat right? In fact you'll get confused because there's so many style you will fitted.
The color is so colorful. If you're in a bad mood situation, you can use that flat to cheer up your day. So people will noticed you're not sad although your heart is crying inside..

I'm torn between Ruffle Slouch to the Knee Boots and Ruffle Slouch Knee Boots. Suede or leather. Well, final pick : Ruffle Slouch Knee Boots. Suede is never really my thing anyway.
If I were to spend my money on some designer shoes, I have to make sure it's worth the spending. Although I love bold colors and unique design, but when it comes to boots, classic still wins, imo. and I'll just leave the splashes of color and not-so-ordinary design on the other aspects, which I grow tired of more easily.
The color and the design of these boots are simple and may seem boring and it's a safe choice, yes I know, but you don't want to spend your money on something so expensive only to let them sit in the wardrobe after the trend is over.
And I can't think of any outfit I CAN'T wear with them. Well, except for red-carpet gowns. Other than that, why not? Fashion is all about playing and the more you play, the more fun it is. Just keep in mind that some things are better left classic.
Tell me yo agree with me. Hahaha.

I love the Marc Jacob and so do the shoes. I would die for the pair of Ruffle Slouch To The Knee Boots.

Slouchy boots always be a remarkable item for every season, simple, sexy and match with every outfit you wear on. Marc put a simple ruffle detail up this boot. chic, elegant and classy.

wear it up and Voila! makes every eyes look at you.

I love Large Side Tie Booties mainly because:

I love that it's made from suede. I love the feelings of touching suede I can imagine my fingers running through it. Pure love :) Plus, I'm kinda tired with leather looks, so suede will be a good change or transition.

I love the height of the boots. Not too high, and not too short either, making it looks good with most attire that I own.

The colour is very lovely. It is not your typical black or brown boots, but it is not too out of the world either.

Cute heels! I love that it's not the thin heels type. It is of medium height, so it can be worn whenever wherever :D

Plus point: the side ties. It gives a very lovely girly touch. It brings out the feminine side of me that I don't show very much ;)

Now, how would I style it?

I will wear it with a minidress and a long cardigan. If I'm in the mood, I might add a pair of socks which is slightly longer than the boots.

For a more casual look, I will wear it with grey washed skinny jeans and a tanktop with a long necklace. Simplicity at its best I'd say ;)

i'd love to own a pair of the Bow Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heel. why? well, let's be honest here, i myself am not a fashion enthusiast hence i can't go on about how i'm gonna wear it and stuff. the reason why i need to have it is because i have a best friend who's turning 18 in a month. she's been saving to get her dream heels for forever. but instead, my birthday came and she spent all her savings to throw me a birthday surprise. now, i wish i could pay it back. so maybe, you could please help me pay it back for her? that'd be nice :)

hi

first of all I really love all shoes, I mean all kinds of shoes, boots, booties, spikes, high heels, flats, ballerinas, peeptoes... They are all little wonderful flowers which lighten up the street♥

At the moment I have a special love for peeptoes, actually they're hard to wear because it's winter, so I developed my love to the really amaizing booties of Marc by Marc Jacobs the Peep Toe Suede Booties.
They're timeless elegant, make the leg look longer & the heel conveys this dangerous flair, girls need if they cross the biggest cat walk of the world: the street

Those shoes are the pimped little black one among Marc Jacobs shoes. You need time untill you have them under controll, you have to be bold but they'll pay you: You'll be the queen.
If its a channel jumpsuit or a cheap vintage dress: You gonna be the queen.

I love the ruffle side booties in cognac by marc jacob (http://www.shopbop.com/ruffle-side-booties-marc-by/vp/v=1/845524441850377.htm?folderID=2534374302112431&fm=other-shopbysize-brand-viewall);

I think the ruffle detail is elegant and the form is very classic, they will go well with legging, with opaque panty hose and skinnies..

The heels are very sturdy looking which make it less difficult to walk with..

Besides that, the leather material is always better for winter and fall season like now, compared to the suede peep toe booties, for example..

Heavy bow peep toe pump will give me a great upgrade for my awfully boring wardrobe (seriously!). And I heart shoes with bow.

I have a feeling that I can wear it forever, not for only a season or two. I mean, we're not really sure we're going to love boots next year, or at least I'm not sure.

And the thick heels? I do love my feet more than my heels. Well, that comes from my mom's advice after all. :)

oh to choose to choose. Marc Jacobs is one of the best fashion designers out there. I love how he unconventionally showcases brights and dresses in his LV fall collections. Which bring me to my favourite pair of his shoes from shopbopdotcom.

The Front Tie Platform Booties.

I would love to wear his florals, his brights, his structured and flowy dresses & skirts. I look young for my age and if I was to wear all his girly delights head-to-toe I would look young. Slip on those booties and I'm suddenly tougher and can show that I'm confident and ready to go. A bit of black lace wouldnt go astray either.

Love.

I always believe that the shoes that I bought were destined to be mine. From all of Marc by Marc Jacobs faboulous shoes collection, the first pair of shoes that caught my eye or I like to call it, "love at first sight", is Duck Boots. It doesn't scream, "Hey, Look at my shoe!". But its more like a whisper, "Hey, look at me".

I would pair it with gray brownish knee high bubble skirt. and a simple gray sleeveless tee. with my hair tie up in a poney tail with a ribbon. The outfit would be sweet and edgy. Where the edgy part is the boots. Yah! That's how I would wear my Duck Boots from the collection of Marc by Marc Jacobs :)

Girls will be girls, and will do it in heels :D

definitely the 2nd pair from left, which is the suede ankle boots! The reasons are simple:
1)my legs are short and stumpy so before i can even fall in love with any pair of flats, i'll have to remind myself that "hey, your legs are short, do you want to be any shorter?" Well the answer is no, so a good shoe is those with at least a little bit of heel!

2) Thigh high boots makes me look leg-less, like the've dissapeared into those black shoes that i sometimes feel numb cause i can't see my legs anymore! That's the reason to why i only have eyes on ankle boots, not like my legs are long and will be going on forever. THEY ARE NOT!

3)Besides, black boots are a tad bit boring for me, i have too many black shoes that i got yucky looking at them. No doubt they are versatile, but i am aiming at adding more color into my shoe collection, hence suede/blue will be a good option!

4)most importantly, the 2nd pair look cuter than the other, which matches me perfectly cause im cute! (blush....shy...teeheheehee)

nola, sometimes you dont need reasons to love/like what you love/like, cause, LOVE/LIKE IS BLIND.

Okay, to be honest, this is hard... Marc sure is one hella great designer! but yeah, gotta choose one eh? :)
I'm torn between the Ruffle Side Booties (Black) and the Bow Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heels... the boots match my personalities better, and I def could see my self rocking 'em. But, the pumps has a very flirty effect, and since i'm on the go of partner-hunting, the pumps might be a great help :)

so, my fav at the moment: Bow Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heels!
reason: seriously? do i have to? :) do i?

I'm a fan of everything marc jacobs, and after hours of contemplating, haha, my favorite would be the Bow Peep Toe Pumps on Flute Heel.

One pair of a gourgeous peep-toe heels is a definite must-have for every girl's shoe collection so why not add this one on your list? What I love about this pair of shoe is that it's something I can Pair up with ANYTHING! From jeans, shorts to that LBD! I love the bow detail on the strap of the shoe + the flute heel because it oozes cuteness without making the shoes
"too girly" for my taste! If I could just afford this pair of heels, I'll wear them to death:)
