If only the world knew, there are millions of shirts like these in Indonesia, cuz hey, that's a batik print as a matter of fact, and you can literally get these for only $25, with quality.
Arrrgghhhh....I am confused on whether to laugh or be angry....help.

100% agree!!!
definitely laugh. the thing that annoys me the most is that here in Germany all the fashion magazines call "tie-dye" patterns as batik!! Argghh!! I feel like saying to them in the face - go to Indonesia or Malaysia and you'll see the real deal.
Btw, nice blog and love the fact that you make something weird looks amazing! :)
So true, T.S.D. They're not trying to cheat or anything actually (I think), they just don't know much about the real history or origins of batik, ikat prints and the like...
Yayy to Asia!! :D
