if it's sheer, try layering it over a solid colored pair of tights, for example, a dark color might bring out the design on your floral tights. Just a suggestion =)

I think they look pretty but I can understand your worries about the rash look. LOL. You kind of have to look at them twice.
I wish we had tights like that here in PI. =< I love it! Hmm, but I doubt if they'll look good on my legs..
