My #2015BestPickThrowback

February is coming very soon and guess what, the first month of 2016 is gonna be over. OMG. Time flies too fast!

Before January ends and while Im still in the mood for new year, let me do a recap of my favorite purchases in 2015. It’s time for #2015BestPickThrowback, baby! :)

First off is this Chanel Flower Power classic bag. The color is so meee! I love how versatile it is, I can wear it with many outfits and for many occasions. Usually when Chanel produces multicolor bags, they make it in canvas or satin fabric. This time it was in lambskin, which I think is so much better.

Next, my pompom (faux) fur jacket by Australian designer, Eat Me Do! I love pompoms and fur jackets, and this jacket has both combined into one. Puurrrrrfect.

Another best purchase from 2015? This unicorn sequin dress which I wore to Influence Asia in Singapore! OMG. This dress is everything. Apparently everyone I met in Singapore during the event also loved this dress so much..:)

Back to bags, this vintage Chanel bag in a heart shape was like a dreaaaaam coooome truuuue. I’ve been searching for it for so loooong. It’s such a rare piece! I screamed when I eventually stumbled a consignment online shop who had this item. Lucky me! :)

You got flown to Paris, to London, all because of your work. And then your (Level UP) Scholarship Program. Your book is a freaking national bestseller in two countries. We bought a beautiful house. Like, you have so many Chanel(s). I think that's something. I think you did extremely well."

"You really think so?"

"Yes, of course."

"I guess, we should now map our 5 years ahead. Like, what we want to achieve by 35."

"Yeah."

Blue Skies and Blue Bird

My days are crazy hectic. I juggle between playing and taking care of Shahmeer, visiting my office and checking on my employees, grocery-shopping to top up food at home, attending meetings and seminars, shooting videos for my Youtube channel,photoshoots. The best time for me to relax is actually in the car when I am traveling from one place to another. Inside the car is my quality time where I just get to sit and relax, look at the skies as we move, browse funny videos, and sleep

Jakarta’s traffic is insane, which is why I chose to quit driving and use a driver on a daily basis. Whenever he doesn’t show up because he’s sick or has to attend to family matters, the one service that I always can count on is none other than Blue Bird.

Only with Blue Bird taxi, I feel just as safe, comfy and relaxed as how I am inside my own car. I am so glad that Indonesia has such a reliable taxi service like Blue Bird where the cars are always clean, smell good, the drivers dress decently and talk politely, and most importantly, know the roads well.

Happy 2, My Love!

Time flies so fast, my baby is no longer a baby. Happy 2nd birthday, Shahmeer! :)

Here's a recap of his milestones so far..

• He can walk and run so fast
• He loves to spin and spin and spin until he topples and falls down
• He never cries when he falls down
• He's definitely a hugger
• He loves pointing at the moon, the airplane, the bird, the trees, the sky
• He can climb up and down the stairs by himself
• He smiles a lot
• He laughs a lot
• He loves animals, especially cats, dogs, fishes, and tiger
• His words so far are "mama", "daddy", "Indah" (our maid), "teteh" (referring to grandma)
• He sleeps well at night
• He loves both white and chocolate milk
• He can eat by himself, his left hand seem to be more dominant though
• He drinks water from the glass with no help
• He understands the function of power buttons and knows how to turn on and off the lights
• He's crazy about painting and coloring
• He seems calmer when he has a crayon in his hand
• He loves nature and playing outside
• He loves watering the plants, picking stones, digging the soil, collecting flowers and leaves
• He loves chasing cats and butterflies outside
• He's very friendly and playful towards other kids his age
• He can jump
• He can do a forward-roll by himself
• He's obsessed with his tricycle
• He likes to lie down on the ground
• He loves playing with water
• He enjoys his swimming lessons
• He likes to play hide and seek
• He likes to check out what I wear from head to toe
• He can already wear his slip-on shoe by himself
• He loves pushing the stroller, he hates sitting inside the stroller
• He loves everything with wheels
• He loves playing inside the car
• He never sleeps with the blanket on
• He's skinny yet very strong and can lift chairs and heavy stuff
• He eats well
• He's not into chocolate or candies or ice cream
• He hates it when people touch his hair 
• He's the happiest when both mom and dad (me and S) are at home

#88LOVELIFE VOL. 02 is Officially Launched!

Sooooooo grateful, excited. I'm also nervous though because I don't know how you guys would respond to our new book hehehe.

#88LOVELIFE VOL. 02 is finally officially launched todaaaaaay and we can not be any happier. This book happened so so quickly. I wrote it in 1 month, and Dinda finished her illustrations in just 2 weeks. We're like CRAZY. Everything flowed naturally because we just love #88LOVELIFE so much...:)

I would say that this book is more mature, more honest, more realistic. I love the things I wrote in it. There's a lot about my baby too this time. I hope this book can be something Shahmeer will treasure in his life later in the future. This book is dedicated to my baby and husband. It is also dedicated to my parents whom I love so much despite their weird ways in showing their love. I love them.
