Straight and Narrow

What I need to strictly remember:

  • Stop browsing around in eBay, and never even think of hitting that PAY NOW button
  • Spend more time on D-I-Y-ing; cost-efficient and stimulates creativity :D
  • Donate some cash to those in need

    hi there, im an avid reader of ur blog! im from singapore..in june itll be my 2nd time visiting jakarta..

    i was so amazed by ur vintage finds at pasar senen?wanted to go there the first time but the locals warned us tt it wld be dangerous..

    cld u give me some tips on shopping and where to shop at pasar senen?as well as the other pasars at jakarta?

    nafeesa: hi there! just make sure u don't bring a bag there and keep your money in your pocket...and also dress down and wear nothing fancy...go to pasar senen, and head to the place that used to be "ramayana" and "matahari" (both recommended on the 2nd floor)...this is how u shud ask the people there hehehe... "bekas Ramayana yang mana ya?"..same for Matahari :D
